E2E 100 is a new initiative launched by E2E in association with The Independent. E2E 100 showcases British companies that are excelling, experiencing consistent growth and presenting disruptive business strategies which are creating an impact not just in their own sector, but also on a nationwide and in some cases global scale.
Six E2E 100 tracks will be revealed this year, focusing on distinct, but equally important aspects of UK business: celebrating the companies and individuals making the biggest impacts in each category. Each track will chart the top 100 UK businesses within the category, celebrating the visionary leaders behind each one of these success stories, and inspiring the next generation of entrepreneurs in the process. The lists have been independently compiled by Go Live Data and Experian, according to specific criteria and official data.
Each track will be launched with a celebratory dinner at The Houses of Parliament, supported by Lord Bilimoria CBE, DL, a founding board director of E2E.
The Independent will be helping to shine a spotlight on these innovators, highlighting their ideas and drive for positive change whilst exploring today’s business challenges.
The E2E Female 100 is the first to launch on 17 March and will be celebrated at the House of Commons. It will highlight the successes of female-led businesses, which have contributed substantially to the UK economy despite receiving less funding than their male-led counterparts.
Shalini Khemka CBE from E2E says: “The pandemic and cost of living crisis have generated start-ups at record levels. However, the UK’s world ranking for scale-up entrepreneurship has dropped to 25th. E2E 100 is designed to correct that imbalance, providing recognition and a platform where the UK’s innovators and business generators will flourish.”
